
My focus and strength has been identifying properties that meet my clients' needs and in helping them maximize their return on investment by marketing each home in an optimal manner. I have a thorough understanding of the North Shore, having grown up here and having lived in Winnetka since 1992. Additionally, I have a solid understanding of the process and requirements of building and purchasing new construction having built two new homes in Winnetka; this knowledge has helped me serve my clients better when it comes to new construction. My marketing and finance degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern helped prepare me for my work in marketing positions with the Quaker Oats Company and with Information Resources. These positions helped me develop a professional, analytical, and thorough approach in helping individuals purchase and sell real estate. Since 1995, I have enjoyed representing more than 100 clients in real estate transactions. My primary goal is to represent my clients' interests to the best of my abilities. |
