In 2005, as a broker associate, I began my real estate career helping clients purchase and sell homes throughout the North Shore and was proud to have been chosen as our Board’s “Rookie of the Year”. My key to success is always placing my clients’ interest first and then following through with the efforts necessary to help each client achieve their goals. Multiple, significant renovations of my own local residences gave me insight into what can and cannot be accomplished in older home renovations, and I am able to use this knowledge for my clients' benefit. My clients also find my knowledge of current economic data, particularly how it relates to our local real estate market, very helpful in making their buying and selling decisions. Prior to real estate, I was an independent trader for 25 years at the Chicago Board of Trade specializing in financial products, particularly long term U.S. Treasury Bonds. My long career as a successful independent financial trader has helped me to develop a framework for innovative pricing and negotiation practices. My wife and business partner Susan and I have raised three daughters in Winnetka and we both appreciate all that our communities have to offer. Although my days of coaching my daughter's teams are over, I continue to support my community in various volunteer efforts.
